This unit was a great insight into how to complete a lesson plan in an effecitve way whilst also reminding those reading that it can be hard to find the right balance between flexibility and detailed lesson. It also highlights the importance of using the lesson plan to aid in planning, a document to refer to during lessons and also a record of all the lessons you have already taught whilst also trying to refrain from making lessons to rigid and not catering to students needs, as they may arise.
