This unit explained the roles of teachers and learners, and what makes a good teacher or a good learner. It helped me aware that teachers should pay more attention on learners' learning than our own teaching. For example, teachers'd better get to know more about learners' goals and motivations of learning the new language, their personalities, and their culture. It helps teachers behave properly, respectfully, professionally, and helpfully.
