This unit of possible problem scenarios within a TESOL/TEFL classroom was very helpful by introducing tips and strategies. As a TESOL teacher the possibilities of encountering various plateaus to learning will have to incorporate learned and innovative strategies as well. This I feel will help me grow as a teacher, guide, and learner as well. Being an effective communicator will be a skill I hope to improve on. Learning about other cultures as I begin my journey teaching English as a second language is very exciting and I look forward to all the positive and learning opportunities I will encounter.
