This unit examined the teaching of special groups. This included beginners in the English language, individual lessons with a student, young learners and Business English learners. The various rewards and challenges of each of these categories were discussed.
I thought that the "Needs Analysis" worksheet was an extremely effective and efficient means of collecting a lot of valuable information about your client/clients.
Also, the section dealing with young learners had some very practical techniques to use when teaching young people.
