This unit focused on course materials, especially the controversy of whether or not to use a pre-written text. In the end, it teaches that it's best to use a mix of the two. There are advantages and disadvantages to using a course book and not using one, and a teacher should use all the resources available to them. I struggled with this test and the boomerang lesson. It made me realize that I'm not quite familiar with the boomerang lesson style and I need to go back and review.
