Unit seemed to be rather logical and with a common sense, easy to understand and overcome. However once looked deeply into it revealed a challenge with what was to follow. How important the interaction with students actually is, making a connection and choosing the right set of solutions for group arrangement, making use of the tools at our disposal such as voice, gesture and eye contact etc. Being able to understand the situation at hand and the tactic to be used for its successful closure.
