With this unit, it showed that special classes need not be difficult or feared. Young learners classes can be fun for both the students and teacher a long as the teacher is willing to be at their level of learning (fun and interesting games, singing songs that fit what is being taught, charades)
With older business students (clients), working with what they know (the business they are from and similar) and even common interests can help keep interest hopefully when they are tired after a long day, even preparing worksheets they can practice with when they have down time or cant show for the class.
