Interesting points were made as I have personally experienced some of the struggles trying to learn new languages myself. Expecting to teach English to Spanish speaking students, having the similarity in language root and the multitude of cognates will definitely help. To be honest I wish there were a few more examples given or maybe organized slightly differently. This is simply personal preference as I plan to reorganize my notes slightly to add certain sections to oher modules I have done. I did enjoy the breakdown, however as it is sometimes difficult to relate being a native English speaker.
