This unit showed a video of the same teacher and the same class covering the same material in two different ways, specifically how the teacher approached the class. In the first video the students were clearly confused and unable to keep up with what the teacher wanted from them and instead of slowing down or going over anything or properly introducing the topic he just plowed ahead. In the second video we saw just how important the Engage phase was the students knew what the topic was and started to learn.
