This unit provides a good revision of the four present tenses: present simple, present continuous, present perfect and perfect continuous. These may be a bit hard for Asians as many Asian languages only have one tense. The different English tenses allow the speaker to imply whether an action is routine, happening at this moment, ongoing incomplete actions, or finished actions that happened at a definite time. I’m curious to try out different activities to help children from different cultures understand and be able to apply these tenses.
