It was very interesting how the module explained the breakdown of receptive and productive skills into their four components. It is difficult to dissect English in that manner when it comes naturally. The fact that reading is easier than listening is absolutely true, even in my case with Spanish. When there is a random conversation it is much harder for me to understand than being able to have some time to read and not get involved in the accent side of things. I will certainly keep this in mind and certainly start with reading and slowly move on to listening skills.
