In this unit we learnt from the field experience of ESL teachers. These tips are very practical, in my teaching experience I also faced some of the difficulties mentioned. As the class goes along, I tend to fall back to the mistake I did at the beginning, for example using too much course book during one lesson, or concentrate too much on students who are strong and active and neglect students who are quite, unconsciously though. Therefore it would be very helpful to look back at this lesson and reflect on the troubles in the classroom from time to time.
