Throughout this unit, I have learnt a variety of ways to better manage my classes. I've learnt how utilising eye contact, easy to understand gestures, my voice, using student names, the grouping of students (large/small groups, pairs or individually) and how the class is set up (positioning of tables and seating arrangements) all assist in the running and set up of a quality learning environment.
