this section on troubleshooting has taught me on how to manage my classroom in the right manner it taught me how to control and existing group and new group and the pros and cons of them both.It also taught me on what you should do the first day and how you shouldn't use the course book but instead you should make a rapport and survey students on what they want to learn.some of these techniques include feedback, surveys ,need analysis and etc.
