Managing class as its name indicates the unit was all about the effective class management. Different strategies for both the teacher and students were given to develop a well managed class environment. Teacher's eye contact, gestures,voice tone,class room sitting arrangements all were discussed in details with both the positive and negative effects. Rapport building among teacher and students and between the whole class was also discussed along with the reasons of different behavioural problems and the tips to handek and contre those problems were also mentioned. Overall the unit was very much helpful about how to manage the class from every aspect.
