Unit 18 goes through modals, phrasal verbs, and passive voice; the final part of grammar. Going through the grammar parts of the units has been a great refresher course. A lot of things I learned through my university days, as well as the time spent teaching, have been tucked away in the deepest parts of my head. Re-learning and familiarizing myself with all of this information was much needed. Even now, as I’m heading into my 6th year teaching students, I’m still learning new information and rules about the language.
