In this unit I have learned about common problem situations that a teacher can encounter in the classroom, as well as about ways of dealing with those issues. I gained knowledge concerning the approach when in a new class, existing class or the first lesson. I also got the general idea of how to start a class, encourage students, motivate them, etc. I also learned about dealing with difficulties with reluctant students, as well as how to handle large classes.
