This was a very complicated chapter. I had to spend many hours studying the tenses. I can also understand how using the wrong tense can cause big problems in communicating correctly. I can just imagine that this chapter is a chapter in English teaching that would have to be taught over a few times. However, now that I have a better understanding of the verb tenses I feel better equipped to teach and assist students in learning them.
