It is vital for teacher to know if classroom is making progress, the only way to find out is by giving evaluation and assessment. giving appropriate exams to students will help teacher find out level of understanding of students and the progression, how much lesson students remember and if one is ready to move to another level. letting students Evaluate the lessons i believe is necessary for teacher to know what students interest,if the teacher is doing a great job or need improvement with this teacher can also find out what students find interesting.
