This unit was talking about textbooks and materials used in ESL classroom. It introduced advantages and disadvantages of using a textbook and it showed examples of some created materials. It's also good to use authentic materials as they reflect on real life and help students gain confidence. Every teacher should be creative and adjust the materials to the needs of the students on the other hand it may be helpful to have a core textbook as well.
