This unit was about students' assessment and different types of tests such as placement tests used to place a student in a suitable group according to her/his level, progress tests used during a course to see the progress of the students, practice tests used by teachers who prepare students for external exams (e.g. FCE, CAE, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.) and diagnostic tests used at the beginning of a course to see what the students already know.
