Classroom management is a sine qua non - it's a must if you are a responsible and professional teacher. Managing a classroom means getting to know your students, interacting with them and establishing a rapport so you may be able to use the appropriate seating arrangement, be able to motivate individually and the group as a whole allowing for less discipline problems and more interest in your lessons.Personally as a teacher I have experienced classroom management problems when the class is too big as in 25 or more students. As the lesson was 2 hours long, with management we decided to divide the classroom into two 1 hour lessons and the result was extraordinary(despite a much more intense teaching time for the teacher...).
