This unit had very good examples of how students are affected by the teacher. There is no perfect lesson and there are always different ways to do a lesson. This unit gave a greater understanding of the importance of pictures and gestures. Also, keeping the positivity in the classroom is very important to give students a comfortable environment. People learn better when they are having fun, and the second example showed how you can take a lesson and expand it to give students a deeper understanding of the topic. In the first example, the teacher did not look comfortable and that affected his teaching and changed the climate of the classroom. In the second example, the teacher was much more relaxed and you could tell the students were more engaged.
