Unit 19 was dedicated to special groups and how to approach and handle the whole situation. The text was divided into five categories - beginners, individuals, children, ESP and monolingual/multilingual classes. Each category described advantages and disadvantages, advice on what approach to take, what to do and what not to do, what activities are the most suitable ones and what exactly we should/have to know about the class in order to prepare ourselves and the class syllabus correctly.
