From this unit,I have learnt how to do classroom management, including how to use physical presence and vioce in the classroom, the different kinds of groupings,and its pros and cons, various seating plans, how to get individual attention in order to make the lesson more effective, how to balance teacher talking time and student talking time, how to give effective instrctions, how to establish rapport between students and teachers as well as students themselves, also maintainance of disipline.
