This lesson covered how to teach the two receptive skills, listening and reading. I like this lesson because of how often listening and reading skills are used, just in the classroom. The students will be listening to the teacher give directions. They need to read instructions for activities. Being a good companion in real life also involves listening to your partner or reading texts in a group chat.
