The whole unit was new and useful for me. I have learnt the following: the main principles of classroom management: the usage of eye contact, voice and gesture; grouping students (types, pros and cons); classroom arrangement; writing on the board; giving individual attention and giving instructions; teacher and student talking time; some practical ways to establish rapport and how to maintain discipline in the class.
