For this unit it focuses on four basic skills in any language, receptive skills reading and listening, and productive skills speaking and writing. And what I've learnt is that because of the different process involed, we sometimes put reading and listening in one group and speaking and writing in another. Which makes a bit of confusion for learners but learners do not need to produce language to do these, they receive and understand it.
