This unit introduced me to different parts of speech in English grammar and their correct terminology. The unit also explained English sentence structure thoroughly.
One of the main issues I have had when teaching English is trying to explain grammar but after studying this unit, I now have a stronger grasp on understanding this area of grammar. For example, I once struggled to explain to learners of English the differences between the definite and indefinite article due to my lack of understanding, yet after having this unit explain it to me I am now confident that I will be able to teach grammar more effectively.
