This unit consists of tips and techniques on how to deal with the students whether they are in the new group or the existing group. It focuses on handling the class depending on the size of the class, different levels of students, and reluctant students who are probably uncomfortable with speaking in English. I also learned about not allowing the students to use their native language as much as possible to motivate them to keep on practicing on their English language.
