The four basic skills in any language (reading, listening, speaking and writing) these basic skills are all equivalently essential when studying any language. In this unit, it discusses some ways on how we will engage or encourage our student by considering some points. For example, when choosing a topic you can motivate your students to engage in your activities if you will choose topics that they are interested in.
And if you get your students to engage in your activities more likely the students will listen to you with enthusiasm. One good example also is creating a task that is achievable by students. If the task is too easy they will feel that it is boring and if the task is too difficult for them there is a much possibility they that will just give up.
