I found it very interesting watching both videos, however I realised that when in action it is harder to identify what phases and what techniques are being used. I found it amazing though the change in students behaviors and the engagement Simon could get out of them in the second video, it was also good seeing the students getting excited and being able to laugh and engage with each other. It made me very aware of how the teachers behavior influences the success or failure to achieve of a class.
