In this unit, I have learnt that classroom management plays an important role in a class, includes teachers' eye contact, gesture and the voice and so on and how to use students' names , how to organize the position of students and teachers. The way to organize the position of students depends on space available, type of chairs or tables, age of the students, nationality and student personality. All in all , this unit has a lot of detailed information for new students and I think these are very necessary.
