Teaching special groups is really challenging. It is true that the most rewarding and enjoyable group to handle is the young learners group based on my previous experience. They are really easy to motivate. They are like "sponge" that absorbs lessons fast. I think Business English group is the most difficult to handle because as being described in the lesson, there are times that they are tired from work and are not motivated and interested with the lessons. Their attendance is also affected because of their situation. With this, learning will be so slow.
