This unit is about how to become a good teacher, the roles of a teacher, knowing the basics in teaching: how to manage a class, being aware what a good learner is or should be, being informed about the culture of your students is a great plus. Also, this unit taught me the difference between adults and young learners; what to expect from them, their motivation level, experiences, and what will they be expecting from me.
