In this unit, I learned a lot about teaching various kinds of groups. While I knew a lot, from experience, about teaching children; I din't know much about teachinh business English. I am really interested in the idea of a "needs analysis". This was a new concept for me, and I appreciate how it really helps the teacher get an idea of what to teach. I understand how this isn't practical for teaching children. I always found different aspects of teaching children, such as going down to their height, interesting, and now I know more. I think it is very useful, not to "cheat and use their native language, despite temptation to do so.
