In this unit I've learned once again how important it is in establishing rapport with students. Not only so that they trust you and enjoy classes more, but so that students become more active and motivated when it comes to class discussions and have more confidence in using the English language. It is important in recognising the needs and motivations of all students for learning English and equally important is to make learning fun and never forget how important the role of the teacher is in class performance and the enjoyment in learning the English language.
