In this unit on lesson planning I became aware of the importance of finding a balance between organization and flexibility. It is important to have relevant and organized lessons planned with engage, study and activate activities included. Within an organized lesson plan it is also important to be able to remain flexible to learning moments and where the students go with the lesson. It will be my goal to find this balance.
