In this unit, it talks about different problems may meet for a new teacher like students are reluctant to study or they keep talking in their native language and so on. For all of these problems, there are some skillful ways, if students are reluctant to learn, then teachers can do a role- play, use a tape recorder, use controlled practice. if students have difficulty in listening, teachers should pre-teach vocabulary and make sure topics are interesting. We all meet different trouble situations, but teachers can be patient to solve them.
