I've learnt that teacher professionalism, attitude, tone, correction technique, positivity can make a class either fun and achieve a good learning outcome or the reverse. Bad body language, negative verbal responses and bad or little explanation of what the teaching focal point for the class will be often causes confusion, reluctance to engage and reduced learning outcomes and motivation by the students.
