Like any job, teaching comes with obstacles. This unit covers the different problems faced in a classroom. Sometimes students will not understand, and as a result, will not show signs of participation. The first thing is to understand what is happening. While there are reluctant students, they are sometimes just struggling. The goal is to understand how to identify and then resolve. A lot can be avoided, depending on what they do on the first day. By building rapport and getting an idea of the students language level, they can do better at understanding where to go for the remainder of the term.
