The unit provides general ideas on how to manage the class in order to teach a language effectively. I am aware that a teacher's relationship with his or her students is one of the main factors to keep the students engaged and motivated in learning a language. I have learned useful tips in order to maintain and establish a friendly and respectful relationship with the students. It also provided other useful tips like classroom arrangements, disciplining, and the right amount of TTT.
