I really hate the question in your test where you ask the first, second and third of phase because they are not written consistently and don't really test my knowledge of the material. I really think some of your test questions are designed to trick you. Also, if you get the order wrong, you not only miss one but all three which messes up ones score even if they are knowledgeable of the material. I give you a C- in test writing.
