Unit 19 helped me realize that I have been focusing on the right aspects of a Business English course and I have also learned to perform a better Needs Analysis. Before, I used to have a 20 minute conversation with students about the same questions on the Needs Analysis sample but did not get as many details as explained in the unit. The teaching tips for children courses are very useful and I am sure I will use these in the future as teaching children has always been a challenge to me as a teacher.
