For Unit Sixteen, I will admit that the subject matter was rather difficult to absorb. However, after giving it a second read-through, I believe that I now understand it much better. The section for conditionals was quite complicated, even for me, although the part that covered reported speech came much more naturally. I feel that teaching this content to an already struggling English student would severely confuse them beyond the point they need to be. A method of drilling the correct grammar may be more useful to students, as it focuses more on repetition than breaking down the language to an almost unnecessarily complicated level.
