This lesson gave some insight into the details that need to be considered when managing a classroom such as classroom arrangement, giving instructions, communication techniques, establishing rapport, and maintaining discipline. I highlighted a couple tips to use in the future such as using a student's name at the end of a question, tips to prevent problem behavior, and what to keep in mind when choosing whether to do an activity as a whole class, a small group, pairs, or individually.
