In this Unit I learnt about troubleshooting. I learnt about common problems situations which may occur in the classroom and different ways/solutions to deal with them. I learnt about first lessons, new groups, existing groups, ways in which warmers may be used in lessons to encourage groups and break the ice. I also learnt about the different levels of groups which are encountered in the classrooms and how to effectively provide and use different materials and set different tasks.
