In this unit I watched 2 videos, each a lesson demonstration. The first video was a demonstration of a poor lesson being implemented and the second video is of a good lesson being implemented. The videos were strong examples of good and bad practices to have in the classroom. It showed me the the world of difference a teacher's attitude can make in a classroom, for the positive and negative. Also I was able to see in action the implementation of an ESA lesson in a class.
