This 20th and final unit, “Troubleshooting”, looks at the potential problems teachers may encounter in class and diverse and really effective ways of dealing with them. These problems may relate to facing new/existing groups in first lessons, establishing early rapport, triggering motivation, having students with different levels of the language, dealing with large classes, students using their native tongue, reluctant students, listening texts related difficulties and pacing the class.
