Unit 5 was about classroom management and building student rapport. It is important for a teacher to be consistent in behavior, be prepared, and enjoy what they are doing to build good rapport and prevent problem behavior in the classroom. The more a teacher is engaged and including the students in lessons, the more the students enjoy the learning environment and respect the teacher. The way a teacher speaks to their students and organizes the classroom is also very important in the classroom dynamic and making the students feel comfortable while they are learning.
